• Experience: Relevant teaching experience in the concerned subject.
• Research Contributions: Publications in peer-reviewed journals/UGC CARE Journal and participation in academic events.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills, research aptitude, and innovative teaching methodologies.
